Elena McAnespie

Elena is the founder and principal of McNSP. Before partnering with clients to fulfill their missions, she worked at leading nonprofits, including the University Press of California, OCLC, NetLibrary, and the University of Colorado. Elena holds certificates and degrees from Yale University, University of Colorado, and University of Massachusetts.

Alice Srinivasan

Alice is a strategist who led successful fundraising, communications, and community engagement efforts as staff at The Nature Conservancy, Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, Global Greengrants Fund, River Network, and Boulder Valley School District. Alice earned her B.A. in International Studies and Theater Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.
